You have a client who has a property to let? Great news! All you need to do is use our Referral Form on our Contact Us page where you can fill in yours and your clients details with how we can help.

We ensure to pick up your referral to us within four working hours and make direct contact with the client to discuss their requirements. You will also get an alert to let you know contact has been made and your referral is successful. Our objective is to fully understand your clients goals in relation to letting their property before arranging the next appointment. 

Valuation Time

After gathering all the information from your client, we will arrange a property visit with a view to market the property. Our aim is to achieve the best price possible for your client with their potential rental or property management requirements.

The Property Journey

We will save your client money and a 5 star service. It is important to us that we manage their property journey from start to finish while keeping contact at all times.

Tracking

To keep you updated with your referral and clients progress, you’ll receive weekly tracker updates along with the direct dial and email for the agent responsible for your client.
